If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by deciding to create a user account, we will use your data to set up your user account. You can delete your user account at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in this privacy policy or via the corresponding function in the user account. Once your account has been deleted, your data will also be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use your data for legally permissible purposes, which we inform you about in this policy.

2.2 Contact
When you contact us (e.g., via contact form, live chat tool, or email), we collect personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you voluntarily provide them. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we need the data to respond to your request. Which data are collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Once your request has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use or we reserve the right to use the data for legally permissible purposes, which we inform you about here.

After your customer inquiry has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law retention periods pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use or we reserve such use as permitted by law.

Use of Google Services
We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information automatically collected by Google technologies regarding your use of our website is generally transferred to and stored on a server operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. No adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for the USA. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be shortened before storage on Google’s servers by activating IP anonymization. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server and shortened there. Unless otherwise stated for the specific technologies, data processing is based on an agreement concluded for joint responsibility for the respective technology according to Art. 26 GDPR. Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser info, and info about your site usage), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies can be used. Your IP address will generally not be combined with other Google data. The data processing is carried out based on an agreement on data processing by Google.

Our Online Presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Insofar as you have given consent to the respective social media platform in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, your data will automatically be collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes when you visit our online presences on the platforms listed above, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.
